Every service we offer has a process and makes your experience a good one
When you ask iStudio Interactive to take on a project for you, we follow a process to make sure that you understand what each step taken will be. It also helps us always know where in the project we are at. Many of the services we provide are distinctly different technologies, but they all have something similar - the process in which it is started, until it is completed.
- There is no assumptions on what you are looking for, each client has a
different vision and their own needs. If you are in our metro area then we
meet with you in person and go over what it is you envision. If you are
outside of our local area, not a problem, we can still have our initial
consultation over the phone and be just as effective. The initial
consultation is no charge and gives you a chance to get to know us, and lets
us get a great idea of your business and needs.
- If you are happy with what we can offer then we will give you a quote
for the services needed. When you approve this quote we await a determined
down payment, then can get started.
- When we have all the information we need, the work for us begins.
Depending on what type of services you need from us, we layout how it's
going to flow. This is important as we use this method to guide us through
the project from start to finish. Obviously this isn't going to work with
audio production or a graphics project, since they are generally a single
piece end result and is much more quick to deliver.
- With every project we come up with a sample of what we feel you are
desiring and show it to you. We tear it apart with you and perfect on it
until it's exactly what you want. Many times what we have initially come up
with is exactly what you envisioned it to be and very little changes are
made.
- Once you give us your final approval, we ask for the balance of the cost
and deliver the end result to you.
